Why I am here

My husband and I have been trying to start our family since 2011. I want to share our story and day-to-day struggle. With 1 in 6 Canadian couples suffering from infertility I don't think it should be as "hush hush" as it is. I am very open in talking about our situation, but rarely do I open up about my feelings, my emotions, and my pain. I want it all out there, lay it all on the line. I want people to understand the toll it takes on you. On your emotions, your body, your relationships, and even your bank account.

With a passionate yet raw approach, I want to help. To those who suffer from infertility, I want you to know you are not alone and it's okay to feel the way you do. To those who knows someone who is suffering, I am here to say what they might not be able to.
