Over researching...

So me being the person I am I like to be prepared for things. With going into another round of IVF in a few months I want to be the healthiest I can be. Tomorrow I have an appointment with my family doctor to get my thyroid checked out. A possible factor for infertility....one of the hundreds of reasons for infertility.

At what point do you stop? Because of ALL couples that diagnosed with infertility, 15% of them are diagnosed with UNEXPLAINED infertility. Are we 15%? I KNOW I have an lower AMH, and Pat's sperm count is ok (not a high count, but the motility and morphology are good). I also have a corkscrew cervix, and a tilted uterus. From what we know those "problems" should have been fixed through IVF.

Now I know we could have our problem answered in a few months. It could be we make worthless embryos, but until then I want to get rid of some other possibilities.

Getting my thyroid checked out is one. I'm thinking about acupuncture (if anything it might help with the stress of it all), fertility yoga and meditation. I will continue to keep up with healthy eating and exercise. Although Pat HATES it when I start "trying this" or "did you read that". He thinks it causes more stress, but I actually find comfort in it. Knowing there is something else I can possibly do to help out the situation.

I do however avoid trying to self diagnose. THAT is when I would start stressing out...cause we all know if you start looking on webmd you are probably going to think you are dying....
